Shipping Times & Pricing

Shipping Pricing

We gladly offer free shipping on all orders placed in the United States.

Shipping Times - Print Only

Orders for prints only (no framing) are generally placed the next day and arrive within a week. Larger prints may take additional time.

Shipping Times - Framed Prints

Frames are handmade and custom built to order, therefore please allow 1-2 weeks for frames to ship. Larger prints may require additional time.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within the USA.

International orders may be cancelled if we are not contacted prior to purchase as we need to ensure we can identify a local printer/framer in your market.

For international orders, please email sales@joshwilsonprints to see if we can ship to your location. International orders may require different printing/framing partners and therefore a custom quote will need to be assessed.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer prints in 6 standard sizes. Please refer to our size guide below. You can Contact Us to inquire about custom sizes.

Our frames

All frames are custom made by hand locally in the United States and are constructed of premium, natural hardwood and ship ready to hang. Frames are available in black, white or natural wood, to match any interior. All frames include a UV blocking acrylic and a paper backing to keep out dust.

Small, Medium and Large sizes are framed with a 2.5” mat-board for a classic look. These frames have a 3/4” face and are 1.5” deep.

Giant, Oversize, and Collector prints have a 2” fine art border around the image and are framed in a premium shadowbox frame. Shadowbox walls add depth to the image by setting the print apart from the acrylic glass, for an elevated, gallery style look. These frames have a 1 1/8” face and are 1.5” deep.

Mounting

All prints are dry mounted before being framed. Dry mounting is the process of securing the art to a foam board to prevent movement within the frame. A low-grade heat press is used to secure art to an archival dry-adhesive mounting board. Dry-mounted art is smooth and flat.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

Please remember that each and every print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund.

Additionally, please double-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to sales@joshwilsonprints.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

35mm film

Some of our photographs were shot on 35mm film and have been scanned on the highest technology to bring out the finest resolution and image sharpness possible.

Please note: some of these images contain film grain which give a more vintage aesthetic. #grainisgood

What type of paper do you use?

All art is printed on Premium Archival Matte Paper. It is a smooth, neutral-white, matte paper made for high-quality fine art photo reproduction. The paper supports accurate color reproduction and high-contrast, high-resolution output, and is acid-free for a longer print life. It features a heavy weight (230 gsm), thick base (9.5 mil), and an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.

Do you accept custom orders (frames/sizes)?

We would to help with a custom order request if at all possible. If you would like to request a custom order, please send us a message so we can work with you and provide you with a quote. Prices/shipping may vary from our standard rates.
